Three paths. The same discipline.
Peregrine is built on a single habit of mind, earned across three very different careers paths: read the situation as it actually is, not as the brief describes it, and carry data-driven result through to the end.
Scale. Precision. Results.
Forged discipline. Judgment under pressure.
14 years in an office with a view - flying as an F-16 fighter pilot and NATO-qualified Mission Commander and Tactical Evaluator for the Belgian Air Force. Commanding the F-16 Fighter School's mission support department and training new generations of flight cadets to combat-ready status. What the military built was a discipline for operating to results where the brief and the reality in the air and on the ground rarely matched exactly — read the situation, take decisive actions based on incomplete information, commit, and debrief honestly enough to improve.
Structured ambiguity into executable plans.
4 years as Senior operator in Strategy and Operations management consulting, first across the United States and later in Belgium, leading program management offices and delivering complex, multi-country transformation programs for financial institutions and insurers. The discipline here was different but related: turn ambiguity into a data-backed structured plan, and hold stakeholders to the execution of it.
Built and scaled operations across borders.
10 years in Industry - Building and running operations inside hyper-scaling technology and industrial companies — standing up field and technical service operations from zero for global electric-vehicle manufacturers entering new markets, and leading industrial transformation for a multinational aerospace and defense group's Belgian company. The thread across both: take an ambitious vision, build the operational backbone underneath it, and lead the people who make it real.
Grounded in rigor, curiosity, and endurance.
Frederic holds an MBA in General Management from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, focused on Operations and Innovation and was a BAEF Fellow. He also holds a BA in Political Science from Saint Louis University in Brussels and is a front line trained former military officer. He is an avid reader and an endurance sports practitioner to keep on learning, progressing and pushing further.
Where we capture value with the team
Operational Bottlenecks & Decision Gridlock.
When growth outpaces the org chart and every decision waits on one person, we rebuild the decision path so the business moves at its own high pace again, solving one challenge at a time.
Supply Chain & Resilience.
From single-source risk to multi-site logistics, we stress-test the chain and fix what would break it before it does.
Multi-Site & Multi-Country Scale-Up.
Scaling from one site to five, or one country to five, needs a different operating model — not a bigger version of the old one. We build the one that fits the strategic intent.
Safety, Compliance & Regulated Operations.
In high-voltage, Seveso, or other regulated environments, safety isn't a policy on a shelf — it has to run through daily decisions and behaviors. We make it the default, not an afterthought. Safety first.
M&A Integration
Where a deal creates the opportunity and the operation decides whether it's realized, we own the integration office leading to Day one — not as a project plan, but as a result.
Field & Technical Operations.
Delivery, technical services, installation, after-sales and repair networks — wherever the brand meets the customer physically, we build and run the operation that holds the Brand standards.
Program & Transformation Offices.
Large, multi-country change programs need a structure that actually drives execution, not just tracks it. We build and run that structure.
Organizational Scale-Up and Governance
A team that has outgrown its structure needs more than new hires — it needs a rhythm, clear ownership, accountability and leaders who can carry the weight. We build that alongside the people already there.
Scale. Precision. Results.
